For in person sessions, my office location is in beautiful Fairhaven on the corner of 10th Street and McKenzie Avenue, in the McKenzie Building. There is a no-fee parking lot at the front of the building for patients, or plenty of free two hour parking in the street. When you enter through the right hand side door, you will see a waiting area to your right. However, please don’t open the door if it is closed. There is another waiting area around the stairs to the left that you can use when the first waiting room is busy or in use. I will come and find you at our appointment time.
For Telehealth clients our sessions will be via the computer and can be scheduled at a time convenient for you. Once you’ve booked your session you will be given log in information and asked to wait in my virtual waiting room until our session begins.
Please arrive a few minutes early!

I usually see clients once a week unless otherwise indicated.
Sessions are by appointment only.
What should I expect in the first session?
When you make your initial appointment with me, I will send you paperwork including a place to tell me more about what issues you’d like to work on with me. In our first session we’ll go over that information and begin to formulate a plan together, with goals for your therapy. We will get to know each other and find out whether we’d work well together. In the following sessions we’ll work towards the goals that we set and renegotiate them when necessary.
